The Business Plan - Introduction to business planning: Key components and structure. - Financial literacy: Basic concepts of revenue, costs, and profit. - Developing a business model canvas: Visualizing the business idea. What's your why? - Explore your vision and mission.
Marketing and Branding - Understanding target markets: Segmenting customers and identifying niches. - Creating a brand: Logo design, taglines, and brand positioning. - Promoting the business: Marketing strategies and digital presence.

Throughout the program, guest speakers from the local business community can be invited to share their experiences and provide insights. Field trips to local businesses and entrepreneurial hubs can also be organized to offer practical exposure to various industries.

Partnering with esteemed institutions , as well as local entrepreneurs and CEOs, our facilitators bring a wealth of expertise and real-world experience to the table. Through engaging workshops and interactive sessions, they impart invaluable knowledge on budgeting, saving, investing, and entrepreneurship, equipping youth with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of personal finance. With their guidance and mentorship, our program not only educates but inspires, fostering a generation of financially savvy leaders poised for success.
