Fitness Program

Helping youth through fitness and positive influence individuals is a powerful and impactful approach to nurturing their physical and mental well-being. By providing opportunities for young people to engage in regular physical activity, we not only promote their physical health but also instill important life skills such as discipline, teamwork, and resilience. Furthermore, when positive influence individuals, such as mentors or role models, are involved in these fitness programs, they can inspire and guide the youth towards making positive choices and embracing a healthy lifestyle. Through the combined forces of fitness and positive role models, we can empower the next generation to thrive, fostering their growth, self-confidence, and overall happiness.

The program will be held at Cloverdale Athletic Park in Surrey. Must be ages 10-19. Parents must contact us directly for consent and sign waiver form. If you would like to sign up your child for this program please email us directly at Director@infiniteexpansionfoundation.ca
